Remedies in Education

There is a growing need in multiethnic and multicultural jurisdictions to determine what kind of redress end-users of educational services can expect to obtain in administrative and legal processes. I instigated this line of inquiry by exploring international law and jurisprudence on remedies in education. The research that evolved from this pilot study examines comparatively which domestic bodies the claims of educational malpractice can be referred to, and what kind of enforcement powers for remedial action these bodies have. The results will benefit the legitimacy of education systems on the whole.
